An overview of the process

The therapeutic counselling process takes effort and commitment, but with consistency and dedication, real change can happen. Generally, it takes 7 - 8 consistent sessions for long-term change to occur. First couple of sessions are to understand the conflict or issue and the next sessions are to become aware of the root cause of the problem and finding sustainable solutions for it. If you're ready to take the first step toward better mental health, let's start this journey together.

I am dedicated to providing my clients with the tools they need to overcome life's mental and emotional challenges. With over 3 years of experience, I've helped individuals and couples increase their self-awareness, improve their communication, and foster a deeper understanding of themselves and others. I use positive psychotherapeutic approaches and eastern science perspectives tailored to each client's unique needs, with an emphasis on providing a compassionate and helpful environment.  It is the small changes that finally lead to a life change.
